Luba specialises in working with sports people of all disciplines, pregnant women and new mums to help with recovery during and after birth, and people from all walks of life looking to improve their health and how they feel and reducing niggling aches and pains.

She will work closely with you to provide you with treatment specific to your needs, following up with stretches/exercises of self-care to do at home to speed up your recovery and improve movement/flexibility.

Maria Withell

Maria is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist who has recently joined the team at Pinnacle Body Movement. Using a range of techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, muscle energy techniques and instrument assisted massage, Maria is able to personalise the treatment to meet your individual needs. Providing stretches and exercises to work with you to assist in your recovery, mobilisation and healing.

As a busy mum to three boys and a part-time osteopathy student Maria understands the stresses of everyday life and the impact that these can have on the body and mind.
